How do you decide if my address is in range?+
When you submit a repair request, we verify that your address is within Massachusetts. As long as you're in the state, you're in our service area. If you're just across the border, give us a call — we may still be able to help or point you to a trusted mobile tech nearby.
What if I'm outside the Massachusetts coverage area?+
We currently service Massachusetts only. If you're in Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, Connecticut, or New York, give us a call — we may be able to point you to a trusted mobile tech in your area.
Do you charge a travel or trip fee inside Massachusetts?+
No. Inside Massachusetts there is no separate trip charge — travel is built into the repair quote. You only pay a travel fee if you're outside the state and choose to book anyway after we quote it.
How fast can you get to my address?+
Most Massachusetts requests are scheduled within 1–2 business days. Emergencies (a snow blower down during a storm, a generator that won't start during an outage) get priority — call us directly and we'll do everything we can to be there same-day.
